Use your code on your online booking deposit, at checkout in the studio, or in the online shop. Use part of it and the rest stays on your code.
Become a member
At 500 lifetime points you're invited to join the membership. It's free, and your points start working harder.
Membership
Membership is free and by invitation, once you reach 500 lifetime points. Your tier is set by your lifetime points, and each tier earns more on every dollar and keeps your points longer.

Refer a Friend
Every client has a personal referral code. When a friend who's new to Bea enters it while booking, you both earn points: 500 for you and 300 for your friend.
Points are added after your friend's first service is completed at the studio, not when they book. Use them on any service or product.
Birthday Points
Members get birthday points every year, more with each tier:
Add your birthday when you book (month and day only), or ask Bea to add it.
Your Points
Enter the email you book with and we'll send you your points, your reward code, your referral code, your tier and when your points expire.
FAQ
When do my points expire?
Points are counted in periods. Your first period starts with your first point and lasts 6 months. Points you haven't used by the end of a period expire, so use your reward code before then. We email you 7 days and 2 days before any points expire. Members get longer periods, and their unused points carry over once, at the end of their first period.
How do I join the membership?
When you reach 500 lifetime points, we email you an invitation with a one-click join button. It's free. The invitation stays open until 30 days after the end of the points period you were invited in.
What are lifetime points?
Every point you've ever earned, including ones you've already spent. Your lifetime points decide your membership tier, so spending your rewards never lowers your tier.
Can my tier go down?
If you're a Silver, Gold or Diamond member and go too long without a visit or purchase, you move down one tier. We warn you by email 7 days and 2 days before. You keep every point you've earned, and you can win your tier back: complete 2 services, or 1 service and 1 product purchase, within the time shown in your email. Bronze never moves down.
How do I check my points?
Use the form on this page and we'll email you your balance, your reward code and when your points expire. You can also ask Bea at any visit.
Where do I find my referral code?
It's in your points emails and your thank-you email after each visit. You can also use the form on this page to have it emailed to you.
When do referral points arrive?
After your friend's first service is completed at the studio, not when they book. Then you get 500 points and your friend gets 300. Referral codes are for friends who haven't had a service with Bea before.
Can I use my reward code with another promo code?
One code per booking deposit or order. Member product discounts apply on their own, so Gold and Diamond members can still use a reward code on top.
