When do my points expire?

Points expire 12 months after they are earned if there is no account activity. Any new earning or redemption resets the clock.

Can I check my points balance?

Your balance is always visible in your client portal. You can also ask your stylist at any appointment.

Can I combine points with a promo code?

Points redemptions and promo codes cannot be combined in a single transaction. You may choose whichever gives you the greater saving.

How does the referral program work?

Do points carry over if I reach a new tier?

Yes — all earned points carry over. Reaching a new tier simply changes your earning rate and unlocks new perks going forward.
