Shipping Policy


How long does shipping usually take?

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.


If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. 

For bundles, frontals and closures: Once your payment has been processed, your order will be processed and shipped in 5-10 business days; this does not include Holidays.

For wig units: Once your payment has been processed, please allow 7-14 business days for wig to process (receiving order and making your unit) and then your unit will be shipped in 5-10 business days.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them. BeaBeautiful Hair does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

***Due to the current Covid-19 situation, some orders may experience a slight delay. Turn around times may be extended up to 14 business days for certain items. Again, all orders will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
